The entire home and garage are available to you except the utility basement.

You'll park in the spacious garage that can fit an SUV + motorcycle + extras.

You do NOT need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get to the house or to park in the driveways. Roads and driveway are paved.

I (Damien) am available anytime via phone call and text messaging. The local property manager can also be contacted anytime via phone call and text messaging, and is able to come by should the need arise for his assistance with something. Phone numbers are located in the 2 guidebooks and in the check-in email.

We have Starlink satellite which brings us reliable and fast internet.

THE TOWN
Franklin, North Carolina is famous for hiking, fishing, gem mining, driving and beautiful mountain scenery year round. It offers country mountain roads, abundant fishing and a small town feel with amenities galore.

The "downtown" part of Franklin has supermarkets, shops, cafes, breweries, arcade, a skateboard park, movie theater, and more. Cardinal Meadow is just 5 minutes from town and situated at the end of the road inside a gated community surrounded by privacy trees and long range mountain views so you'll be fully immersed in nature.

Asheville AVL airport is 81 minutes away and Atlanta ATL ariport is 2.5 hours away. If you happen to be a pilot, Franklin has its own Macon County Airport 15 minutes away.

THE GATED COMMUNITY
Being inside the gated community feels special and prestigious. The roads leading to the community are quiet. There are other homes in the community but the view from Cardinal Meadow is completely unobstructed over the green meadow with mountains in the distance.

This is not a typical cabin in the woods. It's clean. It's fresh. It's nicely furnished. It's close to town but feels private at the same time. Hike through the woods directly next to the house or take a short drive to see beautiful waterfalls and trails (details included in the guidebook).
