The only thing we ask that our guests do is pull the trash to the curb the evening before checkout if you are checking out on a trash pick-up day

Yes! We provide a cooler, beach chairs, some sand toys and a beach wagon to carry everything.

Yes, we do allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are well behaved and are kept in a crate when guests are not home. A $100 pet fee will incur for dogs and there are no cats allowed. 

Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house, and any violation will incur a $500 fine in addition to the cleaning fee. Should there be any lingering tobacco or cannabis smell after your departure, an extra smoke remediation cleaning fee will be applied.

Please note that the use of oil lamps and incense is not permitted due to the long-lasting odor they may leave behind. Failure to comply with these policies will result in an additional charge for excessive cleaning
